Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, CS, CIS, EE or Equivalent
2-3 years of industrial experience in object oriented software development
Strong motivation and Teamwork qualities
1-2 years of experience in .Net, C#/C++/C
Knowledge on Voice, VOIP Technologies, Networking and working knowledge on .NET Framework, Socket Programming, Multithreaded application programming, Crystal reports, Rational Rose, SQL Server databases will be an added advantage
