Qualifications:
# Be fully conversant with OO methodologies
# Computer science or related degree
# Strong analytical skills and effective problem solving ability
# Strong Java / J2EE background (working experience with Threads, JNDI, RMI, RPC)
# Strong debugging / troubleshooting skills
# Strong Back-end, server-side and middleware programming experience
# Comfortable with Multi-threading and concurrency issues
# Experience with Linux as a development and runtime platform
# Experience with development of unit tests (JUnit)
# Knowledge of support processes, policies, systems and services
# Fluency in English language; strong written and verbal communication skills
# Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills in a large, diverse environment
# Able to work in a virtual team.
# Project management skills
Preferred Experience:
# Expertise in either Microsoft Exchange or IBM Lotus Domino
# Experience with databases (DB2, mysql) and SQL / Jdbc
# Distributed Systems / Grid computing technologies
# Experience with ClearCase
# Preferably working knowledge with one or more of the following Products:
HP Integrated Archive Platform
HP Email Archiving for Microsoft Exchange
HP Email Archiving for IBM Domino
